I think any tradesman is best judged when there are problems to deal with, as there usually are on a project of this size, even though we had very few, the problems were always dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Steve always consulted us before taking any action and was always very keen to keep on top of cost, we felt that we were in control of the build. We now have an extension that we could only dream of and 4c’s made it a reality.”
