The project ran to time and to budget. Steve kept me informed of the cost implications of any changes I wished to make. The team arrived punctually each morning and worked hard all day. The work was well-planned, and Steve ensured the right people were around at the right time for specialist work.

Steve was very hands on and proactive. He was on site early to ensure his team were clear and kept in touch with me regularly to ensure that I was happy with how the work was progressing. He was happy to answer questions at any time.  Any issues that did arise (and these were few) were dealt with quickly.
